Skill Development
The flagship program of IFM Foundation strives to promote increased participation of underprivileged men and women in the workforce through appropriate skilling and gender mainstreaming of skills. As we at IFM Foundation have our roots to design so our focus revolves around our expertise in Tailoring and Dress Making, Sales for Retail Stores, Drafting for Interior Designing, Makeup, and Hair Dressing, and Photography.
IFM Foundation will identify or under reference (with a thorough analysis) will handpick and train Twelve underprivileged youth, male or female every year. The candidates will be trained in any of the above skills and then we would try to engage them in the professional world with a placement. The whole training would be free of cost for them and we would also try to see to support them with the materials required while training. IFM Foundation would be grateful in case any Individual or a Corporate/Firm helps them buy the materials for study.
